Why Cant I Buy Vape Products Online?

I bet you're wondering why we don't sell online anymore? Well, basically it boils down to, we can't. The reason being is the 2020 PACT Act (Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act). We understand how frustrating this is, believe me. Our website is mainly used as a catalogue at this point. To understand what the PACT Act is, we need to reference the ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives).

In 2020 it was signed into law that, in an attempt to reduce the number of minors obtaining electronic cigarettes, the United States Postal Service was prohibited from delivering ENDS (Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems), and other tobacco products to residential addresses in exchange for profit. Meaning, the US Government barred any local vape shop that used the mail service from selling their products to consumers.

Third party mail carriers do exist, yes. But woven into the PACT Act was another amendment that stated that each sale to anywhere in the United States would require to seller to comply with state, local, or tribal tax laws on each device. So, if we were to sell products to someone in San Jose, California, we would have to pay their tax percentage on the device. Now, imagine you have 300 orders in a week, all from different cities in varying states, and a few of them are Native American Tribes (which, yes, Native American Tribes are also mentioned in the PACT Act). Not only would you have to retain records for each sale, but you would also have to find out, yourself, what the taxable rate of each product is and pay it individually to the local government of that area.

"But there are other websites that allow me to purchase online! Why cant you?"

Simply put, we are a brick and mortar, local company. Sure, we have four locations, but running a vape shop is already a ton of work. The enormous websites you see with every product under the sun on their home screen, have entire teams of 50+ dedicated to managing the paperwork that is required, by law, in order to sell these products. That's why, during 2020, you may have noticed that the cost of vaping products from your favorite website increased drastically. Plainly put, we dont have the resources available that the huge websites do and in order to pay people to come in and handle that paperwork, all of our prices would have to go up as well.

We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality products and the most efficient way to quit smoking. We don't want your health to be locked behind a paywall, and we won't make it that way.

So there you have it! That is why we are no longer selling online. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at any one of our four locations across the Greater St. Louis area!
